Desires Hotels makes finding the lowest available rate for our hotels easy - we guarantee that you'll find it here. For all reservations booked at www.desireshotels.com, if you find a lower, publicly available rate anywhere within 24 hours, we'll match it and give you a bonus for letting us know: your choice of 10% off the rate, or a complimentary upgrade.

How does it work?

Book your reservations at www.desireshotels.com and notify us within 24 hours if you find a lower rate online. To submit a claim, please fill out our Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form.
To meet the Best Rate Guarantee requirements, the rate on the other site must be publicly available and bookable within 24 hours of your reservation, for the same dates and room category, have the same payments requirements and have the same restrictions. Advertised rates that are not bookable are not eligible.
We'll match the rate and give you your choice of an additional 10% off the rate or, where available, a complimentary upgrade.
