Mrs Dear Hotel Mela: I just stayed at your property on May 3rd, and May 4th and enjoyed an ecellent stay. The room was clean, appealing and surprisingly quiet. The front desk staff was helpfulu. attentive and polite. They could not do enough for their guests. The hotel is located in a great location and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Gayle My friend and I had a great stay at Mela. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I loved the smell of candles in the lobby. Our room was small but we knew that going into it. They were very clean and the linens seemed to be of high quality. Location was great close to Times Square (right around the corner from the ABC studio) and the room was very quiet at night even though we were on the 2nd floor. I think we were on the back of the building. I would, and will, definitely recommend this hotel. Gayle B, April 2010

Loved it! I recently stayed at Hotel Mela while visiting the Big Apple for the first time and was more then pleased. The hotel staff are amazing. We had asked for a wake up call every morning and one morning our phone was not working properly and one of the staff members came personally to our room to make sure we got our wake up call. The location of the hotel was perfect. Just half a block from Time Square, it seemed like everything was close to us in Manhatten. The only part we didn\'t love was that our room looked out to an ally but that was the only unperfect thing about the room and it really didnt matter that much as we didn\'t plan on spending much time in the room anyways. Best of all it was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on.Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at Hotel Mela when visiting New York. Mirela L, April 2010

What a great hotel! I stayed in your hotel for 6 nights with my niece in March. The visit of New York was a present from me to me for my 50th birthday. I was so glad that we picked your hotel. Centrally located to all the Broadway theaters, subway, restaurants, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was v e r y friendly. Mr. What an AMAZING hotel! I visited the city to attend a concert performance at MSG and stayed overnite in this hotel. Prior to arrival, I spoke with Joanna (Reservationist) and Tirone (Concierge); both were EXTREMELY accomodating and are indeed an asset to this establishment. The room was clean, elegant and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would definately stay again. Once again, Joanna and Tirone deserve recognition for going \"above and beyond\"! Ride The Wave I just returned from my first trip to South Beach. Staying at the Wave made the trip very special. The staff was so freindley and welcoming. I could not imagine a better location.
