1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
Desires Hotels "Win a Weekend Escape or an Ipod 80GB Classic" promotion begins September 25, 2008 and ends October 31, 2008. No purchase necessary, consumers may enter once during the promotion by signing up for e-promotion on the desireshotels.com website. They are also eligible to win by reserving an eEscapes package during the contest period.

2. How to enter:
Consumers can enter on the web site: www.desireshotels.com and clicking on the "e-promotions" icon. Reservation entries apply to any Desires Hotels properties eEscapes package booked between September 25th 2008 and December 31st 2008 on the Desires Hotels website.

3. Prizes:
Grand Prize, 1 winner selected at the end of the promotion is entitled to:

A three (3) night stay at the Desires Hotel of choice (based on availability) , airfare for two to that hotel's destination, and breakfast daily for the three (3) nights.

One (1) weekly winner chosen that have registered for e-promotions or reserved an eEscape during the eligible dates will receive a:

- iPod 80GB Classic

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the 3- night hotel stay (including airfare) is $2,500. The ARV of prize is based on current retail value as of September 25th, 2008. A W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) will be forwarded to the Grand Prize winner for completion and a 1099 form will be prepared and forwarded to the winners at year's end.

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

4. Random drawing:
Potential winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received and by all methods combined. They will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity form. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Drawing for the "Win a Weekend Escape or an Ipod 80GB Classic" Grand Prize will be conducted on October 30th , 2008 at approximately 12 p.m. Winners for the weekly prize will be drawn on October 6th, October 13th and October 20th, 2008 proximately 12 p.m. All drawings for this promotion will be conducted in Miami, FL by Desires Hotels whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the online entry, the entry submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered will be considered the entrant.

5. Conditions:
The winners of hotel accommodations and airfare are responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes and any other applicable service charges. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Hotel reservations cannot be varied once they are booked. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.

Desires Hotels reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.

An award letter will be presented to the winners with booking details. Hotel stays must be completed by December 31, 2008. This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to reserve a Desires hotel stay on a specific date. All Desires Hotels' rooms and room types applicable to this offer are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking.
